What's New?

When saving an Amplify Present document to a candidate record as a PDF, you can now append one of the candidate's existing Bullhorn file attachments to the end of the document before saving.

A new Add Attachment option appears in the save modal when File Type is set to PDF. You can select one attachment at a time from the candidate's existing Bullhorn files, filtered to PDFs.

Why Does It Matter?

This lets you create a more complete candidate package in a single step. Instead of managing the Amplify Present document and another supporting file separately, you can combine them and save them together to the candidate record, keeping related materials consolidated.

How Do I Enable This?

This update is automatically available for all Amplify Present users in Bullhorn ATS. When saving a generated document to a candidate record, set File Type to PDF. The Add Attachment option will appear. Select one of the candidate's existing file attachments from the dropdown, and the files will be merged automatically when you complete the save.
